Steak Tartar
The food was delicious and the vibes were immaculate. We enjoyed our time here, the service was also pretty good. They have a rooftop area which we will go to next time we visit, oh, make sure to dress nicely.
Mussel and Bone Marrow Toast
If you're looking for a place that actually lives up to the hype, Palo Santo is it. The bone marrow? Unreal, rich, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth perfection… the kind of dish that has you licking your fingers without even thinking twice. Every bite was layered, savory, and ridiculously satisfying. The drinks were just as impressive, perfectly balanced and crafted to complement every flavor on the table. Not a single miss, everything we ordered, shared, and tasted was consistently exceptional. And then the rooftop? The energy shifts into a whole vibe, elevated, lively, and perfect for turning dinner into a full night out. This isn't just a meal, it's an experience. Easily one of my go-to spots for hosting family and friends when they're in town. I'll be back… again and again.
Champange Moet & Chandon 'Imperial'
I love coming here it's honestly my favorite place in the whole city ! The Staff is great right from when i'm outside being escorted inside, the energy is so beautiful and welcoming. I have been visiting this spot for nearly 2.5 years i absolutely love it. 10/10 i bring all my friends that are from out of town or new to town and they fall in love with it too !
Roasted Chicken
I recently tried Palo Santos Roasted Chicken, and I was seriously impressed. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy on the inside with that crispy, flavorful skin that tells you it was roasted the right way. You can taste the quality and care in every bite.
Grass Fed Lamb Barbacoa
The Lamb BARBACOA truly hits the spot. It's made perfect and has a burst of flavors. I have been to many places but the lamb barbacoa over here wins me over each time. Highly recommend
Hotstone Shrimp

Tuna Tostada (2)
Amazing, yes this is a common dish but the way they put there spin on it is perfection you must try it!
Guacamole
The guacamole is very solid and full of flavor. It's very fresh and I finished all of it
Crispy Corn
We visited Palo Santo as part of tasting collective and the experience and food was amazing! The crispy corn was absolutely delicious, felt like a truly well done classic and should be a staple order for everyone!
Roasted Chicken
Such a good dish, highly recommend
